Frequently Asked Questions

Where does Camino operate from?

Camino is based in Clifton, Bristol.

Do you only sell property above a certain value or in a specific location?

No, price and geography (within reason) are secondary. It's about finding likeminded clients who want to transact in a more effective and efficient manner.

What are your fees?

Fees are structured so that you receive a more effective and efficient sale for the same price as a traditional estate agent.

We don’t charge upfront fees for photography, floorplan and EPC.

You will need to prepare a legal pack with a solicitor which will incur an upfront charge of £850 plus VAT for Freehold sales.  Leasehold sales have more moving parts and the solicitor will need to consider the set up before confirming costs.

This isn’t an additional charge. You will be paying the same overall conveyancing charge but with a proportion going towards the legal pack so that your solicitor reviews your contract documentation prior to marketing to avoid complications during the sales process.

I can’t see any testimonials on your website. Is this intentional?

It is.  They have slightly lost their impact and no longer offer a distinction of quality and competence.

I won’t be asking you for a review or a testimonial. If you have been happy with the service then please tell friends and family.

If you would like to speak to past clients about their experience, then we are happy to introduce you.
