I have been an estate agent now for 22 years - 18 of which as a front line agent and partner in a market leading Clifton firm.
I have a genuine interest in clients and a love for the job, but have long been frustrated by the slow and uncertain process of selling property and the impact this has on clients and buyers.
Through Camino I offer a more efficient and effective method of sale - maximising value whilst removing the pain so often experienced along the way.
I have an Msc in Surveying, completing my dissertation on ‘improving the efficacy of buying and selling’.
More importantly, I have been fortunate to have worked alongside and learned from some of the best people in the business.
What can you expect from Camino
A Down-to-Earth, upfront and personal service
Our service is defined as treating our clients how we would treat our own friends and family.
We’ll have proactive and very open conversations with you, offering solutions, options and strategies to reach a successful conclusion – sometimes a successful conclusion isn’t using Camino or even selling your property.
We don’t have any ulterior motivation, targets, or referral fees meaning that our entire focus in on you, the client.
A safe pair of hands
Over the last 22 years I’ve supported hundreds of sellers and buyers through the process. There isn’t much I haven’t seen or dealt with before.
End-to-end service
I will be your agent from the very start to completion. There may well be some help along the way in terms of viewings, but no one else will be discussing marketing strategies, coordinating or negotiating on the sale.
